Connect with your referral manager. She sets up your partnership, walks you through the payouts, and answers any questions before your first referral.

Make the intro
The simplest way is an email. Loop your manager into an intro between you and the business owner. That's it.

We take it from there. We speak with your referral, guide them through the hiring process, and handle everything until they hire.

Once they hire or buy a membership, your payout triggers. Your manager tells you the amount and when it lands.
